So, I will be starting out with a Reese Witherspoon photo



Remember to start with a bigger pictures, but this one is currently resized.

Duplicate the layers.

Then, I pasted a hot pink color over the entire image

Next, i went to layer properties and dodge - at 100.

My background is now red and Reese's face is pink and white.

Go to layers - Merge - Merge (flatten)

Duplicate the layer again, and paste a rainbow like gradient over the top.

Then, go to layer properties and burn - 100.

Merge (flatten) one last time.
