into this:
1. Paste the picture on a new file and right click the layer then duplicate it.
2. Go to FILTER » PIXELITE » MOSAIC
3. Set cell size to 45-60 sqaure and click OK
4. Set duplicated layer on OVERLAY and change opacity to 65%-80% (I used 75%).
5. Wallahh! Finished product. Should look something like this:
6. If you want, add a border and some text.
