into this:
start out with the image at the top. if you don't want to use Andrew Bird, copy and paste your own.
create a new raster layer. fill it with #FF0149 and set it to 'Hue' at 50% opacity. create another raster layer. fill it with #A0E959 and set it to 'Soft Light' at 52% opacity.
your layers should look something like this:
copy the background layer and paste it as a new image. with this new image, go to adjust - hue and saturation - hue, saturation, and lightness (or just hit SHIFT+H).
match your settings to mine:
copy this and paste it as a new layer, on top of all the other ones. set it to burn at 44% opacity. your image should look something like this.
add some borders and text and you're done!
