learn how to make this:

1) First start off with a blank 400wx200 pixel image.

2) Color the entire image with the flood fill tool (). I'm using the color 01C2DF which is a bright blue.

3) Go to effects ==> artistic effects ==> halftone. Have the settings as so -

and click okay.

4) Go to layers ==> duplicate

5) Click on the main color ()

6) Click on the gradients and select a gradient, as shown, then press okay.


7) Use the flood fill tool again, and click on the picture so it puts a gradient on it. 8) Then, go to the layers ==> properties ==> exlusion. Leave the 100 setting, and click okay.

9) Go to layers ==> merge ==> merge all (flatten)

10) Click on the text tool (A) and select the size and font that you want and click on the image to type the text.

11) Save the image.
